Routines for complaints

Always take paper samples, including printed and unprinted ones.

  • Please take 10 sheets in sequence.

  • If runability problems with reels: please take 5-6 metres of the whole reel width.

  • A copy of the pallet- or reel label.

  • Please take photographs.

  • Include what printing machine, ink sequence, fount solution, alcohol quantity, and ink type is used.

Picking

  • Take tape pulls from the blankets. Place the tapes on the film (never on the paper)

Blanket smash

  • Save all damaged parts. Also save 10 sheets both prior and after the blanket smash.

Curl and wavy paper

  • Do not roll the samples. Please cut big sheets to A4 or A3 format and send the samples plane in plastic files.

  • If possible, measure the humidity and temperature in the printing room and in the paper.

Transport damage

  • If the goods are visibly damaged at the arrival the customer is responsible to get the driver’s signature on the CMR document. On the CMR the type of damage must be reported.
